Sand pump is a centrifugal mud pump used to transport suspension containing sand, gravel, slag, etc. The impeller is mostly open, and the pump lining is generally divided into two types: wear-resistant metal and wear-resistant rubber.
In addition, high-pressure water is injected into the sliding part of the pump shaft to prevent mud and sand from entering the sliding part.
It is generally used in mining, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other industries. In general, sand pumps refer to the use of environmental protection, sand mining, river dredging and other industries.
This pump is mainly designed and developed for the key link of pumping mud in low-pressure grouting system. It adopts axial suction structure, the shaft diameter can reach 21/2 inches, and all the flow parts are wear-resistant cast iron. It has the advantages of simple operation, reliability, durability and easy maintenance.
